Ha-Keem Abdel-Khaliq joined Molex in 2020 as Vice President of Global Human Resources for the Medical Pharma Solutions (MPS) Division with nearly 8,000 employees in 10 countries.  Ha-Keem is responsible for building and leading the HR strategy and implementation for the MPS Division – including driving culture, leading organization change, and enhancing digitalization / analytics capabilities.  

Ha-Keem has over 20 years of business experience across several industries including food ingredients, retail, and specialty chemical.  He has held positions in Learning & Development, Recruiting, Talent Sourcing, Diversity and Business Leadership – and holds certifications in Strategic Workforce Planning (Ross School of Business), Internet Recruiting, Human Resource Planning, Human Resources, and Innovation / Networking / Professional Development (INSEAD). During his career Ha-Keem has led several global teams and recently spent 2 years in Belgium leading the European Human Resources organization spanning UK to Russia. 

Ha-Keem recently published his first book, You’re Worth It! Navigating Your Career in Corporate America. He is an accomplished international speaker and active blogger on career development and social issues in today’s world.  He is currently a Leadership Advisor for the University of Minnesota’s Integrated Food Systems Leadership program.  He has coached varsity and youth basketball over 18 years and sits on the Waconia Basketball Board of Directors. 

Ha-Keem holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Iowa State University and lives in the greater Twin Cities areas with his wife and 2 children.
