Joe McKenna, Sarasota Orchestra’s CEO, will discuss the organization’s exciting plans for a new music center on its 31-acre site on Fruitville Road. These include an 1800-seat Concert Hall (the west coast of Florida’s first acoustic performance space), a 700-seat Recital Hall, an Education Wing, and other facilities. He also will discuss the Orchestra’s search for a new Music Director, following the untimely death last summer of Bramwell Tovey.
