Technologists and Students please join us in Alexandria, LA on March 11, 2023, for the LSRT MidWinter Seminar! We look forward to seeing each of you there. The LSRT MidWinter Seminar will include both a specialized Student Program (one for Juniors and one for Seniors) and a Technologist CE program for a possibility of 5 CE credits total. These programs are only being offered for in-person attendance.
The Senior Student Program will include a Mock Registry (updated for the 2023 content specs), 4 Critical Area Reviews by Rad Sci Faculty, a Resume review and Mock Interviewing opportunities, and Professional Career Tips for those entering the profession within the year.
The Junior Student Program has made some exciting changes as well for 2023! We will hold the Student Bee Competition for all Sophomore and Junior level students in attendance to participate if they choose - participation award for the winners as an incentive! The remaining portion of the program will be interactive, hands-on activities working on communication, critical thinking, adaptive imaging scenarios, and professional development with networking among all participating programs. This program is a favorite by our students and it's just getting better!
Finally, the Technologist CE Program will have 4- 1.25 CE lectures that will be presented in an in-person format only. Presenters will have a variety of topics for those in attendance.
ALL CE and SENIOR REGISTRY REVIEW LECTURES ARE SUBMITTED TO ARRT FOR CQR CREDIT. Those credits will be available upon request for any registered participants to submit for the CQR as needed.
REGISTRATION:
Please be certain you are registering for the appropriate program, Senior Program or Junior Program. We cannot guarantee we will be able to change your program if you registered for the wrong one. All handouts will be organized prior to the Seminar based on your registration.
Technologists, you will only be able to receive CE credits if you registered for the Technologist Program.
